LEO & First Responder Program

You take care of everyone else.Let us take care of you.

A confidential, mental-health-first wellness program built for the people who run toward the emergency.

85%

report chronic fatigue

Exhaustion isn't just part of the job.

85% of first responders report chronic fatigue. Constant tiredness affects far more than energy — it affects patience, decision-making, relationships and mental health. Our program looks at the whole picture, starting with how you feel, think and sleep.

Mental health first

The mind and body are connected.

Chronic stress changes your hormones, and your hormones change how you handle stress. Breaking that cycle is at the heart of everything we do.

Cumulative stress

Repeated exposure to trauma keeps the body in fight-or-flight. Over time, high cortisol wears down mood, focus and emotional control.

Shift work & broken sleep

Rotating shifts and overnight calls disrupt the sleep cycles your body uses to recover and produce key hormones.

Silent symptoms

Irritability, brain fog, low drive and feeling 'flat' are often written off as part of the job — when they can be signs of something treatable.

What members work toward

Results vary from person to person, but our care is aimed at:

  • Steadier mood and less irritability
  • Sharper focus on and off shift
  • Deeper, more restful sleep
  • More energy for family and life outside work

The process

From first call to feeling like yourself.

A simple path for departments and members alike.

  1. 1

    Introductory call

We meet with department leadership or wellness coordinators to understand your team, shifts and priorities.

  2. 2

    Wellness seminar

We bring a Health & Wellness Seminar to your agency covering stress, sleep, fatigue and how hormones affect mental health.

  3. 3

    Confidential enrollment

Interested members sign up directly with us. Participation is voluntary and individual results are never shared with the department.

  4. 4

    Comprehensive labs

Each member completes a full blood panel, coordinated locally or on-site, to get a clear picture of what's going on.

  5. 5

    One-on-one consultation

A licensed provider reviews the labs and symptoms with the member and builds a personalized plan.

  6. 6

    Treatment & ongoing support

Medications ship directly to the member, with regular check-ins and follow-up labs to keep progress on track.

Treatment outline

What care looks like.

Every plan is personal, but each member moves through the same four phases.

Phase 1

Assessment

  • Comprehensive blood panel (hormones, thyroid, metabolic markers)
  • Symptom review covering sleep, energy, mood and focus
  • Mental-health and stress screening

Phase 2

Personalized plan

  • Hormone optimization, such as TRT, when clinically indicated
  • Sleep, recovery and stress-management guidance
  • Nutrition and fitness recommendations that fit shift life

Phase 3

Monitoring

  • Follow-up labs to confirm safe, effective levels
  • Dose adjustments based on results and how you feel
  • Direct line to your care team between visits

Phase 4

Long-term wellness

  • Regular check-ins to sustain results
  • Refills delivered on an automatic schedule
  • Referrals to mental-health partners when extra support is needed

All treatment is prescribed by licensed providers only when clinically appropriate. This program supports — and does not replace — mental-health counseling or crisis care.

About us

Care built forthose who serve.

Two organizations, one mission: help the people who protect us feel like themselves again.

Core Medical Group

Core Medical Group is a Boca Raton-based medical practice specializing in hormone therapy and personalized wellness. Founded by CEO Sidney Gordon, the practice has grown from a single office into a team serving patients from locations in Florida, Massachusetts, New York and North Carolina.

Under the direction of Chief of Medicine Dr. Krzysztof Kacprzak, our providers look past symptoms to find their root cause — starting with detailed bloodwork and building a plan around each patient's goals. We're proud to serve a large community of veterans, active-duty military, law enforcement and first responders.

What we offer

  • Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)
  • Hormone therapy for men and women
  • Thyroid and metabolic care
  • Medical weight loss
  • IV and nutrient therapy
  • Comprehensive lab testing

Offices in FL, MA, NY & NC — plus telehealth nationwide where permitted.

Core Medical Foundation

The Core Medical Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that gives back to veterans, active-duty military, law enforcement officers, first responders and Gold Star families.

The Foundation raises funds to provide free telehealth visits, bloodwork and hormone therapy to those who need care but can't access or afford it — with the goal of improving quality of life, easing stress-related illness and helping reduce suicide in these communities.

Sponsored care

Donations fund labs, consultations and treatment for heroes in need.

Community events

Including the Annual Military Appreciation Weekend — live-fire range time, speakers, breakout sessions, lab testing and camaraderie.

Partnerships

Working alongside veteran and first responder organizations to reach more people.

Our outreach team

Served once. Still serving.
